Competition - Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions These Terms and Conditions referred to as T’s &C’s, may be amended from time to time, explaining your rights and duties as a competition participant in respect of a Tifosi campaign or Competition. If you take part in this Competition and/or accept any prize, these T’s and C’s will apply to you as a participant. Please read these carefully and pay special attention to all terms.

  1. By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
  2. The competition is being run by Tifosi Sports. will run on the Tifosi Sports Website, Instagram, and Facebook page - https://www.tifosisports.co.za/
  3. The competition is open to entrants over the age of 18. Tifosi Sports employees, crew, ambassadors, influencers, and associates are excluded from the draw.
  4. The winners will be chosen by Tifosi Sports via a random draw process within a week of the closing date of the competition.
  5. Winners will be contacted via social media messenger which will be supplied during the entry process.
  6. Winners will be announced once the winners have successfully been confirmed.
  7. The prizes are non-refundable for cash and no exchanges will be permitted.
  8. Prizes will be delivered to one physical address in South Africa only - which must be provided by the winner.
  9. Tifosi Sports reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend the dates of the competition without notice.
  10. Tifosi Sports reserves the right to change the prize or prize value at any time.
  11. By entering the competition, you will automatically be loaded onto the official Tifosi Sports database.
  12. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Sponsoring parties are not liable or responsible for any or all losses, rights, claims, and actions in connection with, or resulting from, participation in the competition or acceptance of the prizes.
  14. Once prizes have been delivered Tifosi Sports would kindly like to request a photo with the prize and for the recipient to also write a review on any of the following platforms:
